eVoting
VoteHaq e-voting helps organizations and voters cast their votes at their convenience, right at their fingertips. Voters can vote from anywhere with internet access using a computer or mobile device. The process involves receiving a link through SMS, WhatsApp, and email, accessing the link, and entering an OTP received on their registered number.
After casting the vote, a confirmation message appears on the screen and is also sent via SMS. This method of e-voting provides increased accessibility and convenience, as it eliminates the need to physically visit a polling station.

Digital Voting Machine - DVM
In-person voting takes place at polling stations, where voters use digital voting machines (DVMs) to cast their ballots. These machines are monitored by polling booth agents from either government or independent electoral authorities, ensuring a secure and transparent process.
Polling booth representatives receive a slip from the election officer, which is given to the booth agent. The agent authorizes the voter to cast their vote using the DVM. Once the vote is cast, a confirmation printout is generated, and the booth agent ensures it is placed in the ballot box. After casting the vote, the system ensures that the voter cannot vote again, maintaining the integrity of the election.
