Our Challenges

Members were accustomed to in-person voting during annual elections and major decision-making processes. The transition to e-voting faced some resistance, especially among members who were skeptical about the security and reliability of online voting systems.

Given the sensitive nature of decisions impacting both the builders and the buyer community, the association needed a highly secure system that could safeguard voter data from breaches and prevent any tampering.

With over 2000 members from various sectors of real estate, including many who were less familiar with technology, engaging the entire group and ensuring widespread adoption of the e-voting platform required strategic outreach and support.

The platform needed to function seamlessly during peak voting hours to avoid disruptions, ensuring that no member was left out of critical decision-making processes.
